Entry conditions and Parent / Guardian waiver for riders.

You must agree to these conditions as part of your online race entry before your online entry will be processed. This document must be printed and signed by the Parent / Guardian of the rider, and brought to the race registration before the Rider will allowed to register for the race.

Representations and Warranties I agree the following: (1) I am in good physical condition and have no disability, impairment or ailment that will prevent me from engaging in the Event or that will be detrimental to my health, safety or physical condition of others while participating in the Event of while at nor near the Event.

Release and Indemnity I hereby release and forever discharge the Event organisers, its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors and sponsors from any all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever, which I, my executors or administrators or any other person has or might asset against any of them arising from, in relation to, incidental to or by virtue of any injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained by me in connection with participation in the Event or at any time when I am near the Event.  I hereby indemnify and hold harmless, and shall keep indemnified and held harmless, each of the Event organisers, its officers, directors, agents, contractors and sponsors from and against all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever arising from, in relation or by virtue of: (1) injury, loss or damage sustained by me . (2) Any injure, loss or damage suffered by any other persona as a result of any act, omission, neglect or default on my part, in connection with my participation in the Event or at any time when I am near the Event. I agree to submit urine and / or blood samples for drug testing at the event if required. I hereby agree to allow my name, results, photographs, video, multimedia or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the Event organiser, the sponsors, or assigns. The Event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any competitor. The Event organiser reserves the right to modify to alter the race course to provide suitable riding conditions during the event. The Event organisers reserves the right to change any rider’s team name if in the opinion of the Event organiser the name conflicts with other rider of team names or the rider’s team name is of an offensive nature.

Race Fees and Refunds on Withdrawal of Race Cancellation I hereby agree that entry fees are applicable. I hereby agree that the race may be cancelled due to any circumstances. I agree that should I wish not to take part, my race entry will be refunded according to the ‘Refund Policy’ read and understood by me. I agree that no refund will be made should I wish to withdraw during the race.

I have carefully read and understood these conditions, the specific Race Rules and Guidelines. I agree to obey the Race Rules and Guidelines and the decisions of all race officials whilst I am participating in the To Hell and Back race.
